The McCloskey B200 Binder+Co AG BIVITEC enhanced high G force screener was a collaborative effort between RG Recycling, Binder+Co and McCloskey Equipment, which using decades of experience in the waste processing industries, resulted in a screening machine in a class of it's own.
B200 BIVITEC screener benefits
The B200 screener features one of the best screens available in the world, a brand new BIVITEC screen. Its dual resonance vibration technology ensures even difficult-to-screen material can be sorted at a high capacity to a very fine level, with minimal blockages or blinding occurring. The BIVITEC screen can be operated at high intensity levels, separating a wide variety of material types and sizes in any weather condition, all without experiencing a decline in efficiency.
The specific design of the B200 BIVITEC also means limited maintenance is required, and the wide chutes ensure that there is minimal material spillage and a consistent flow of material, with operation maintained at a high capacity. The heavy duty build, combined with the easy to use controls and easy access around the machine mean that the B200 is also one of the most user-friendly ever built as well.
