If you're getting tired of the same old screening machines always getting clogged up with wet material and not effectively segregating the waste you want, then you need to take a look at the BIVITEC range of screeners from Binder+Co. BIVITEC screens have revolutionised the screening recycling industry with their unique vibratory motion, which is constantly being improved by their manufacturers.
Binder+Co have shipped well over a thousand BIVITEC screens to customers all across the globe, from the UK to the USA, Europe to Canada, Africa to Asia. They have quickly become world leaders in the recycling screening industry due to highly effective output and a low blinding rate.
Why were BIVITEC flip flop screens designed?
Blinding is where blockages occur on the screen mat, so materials can no longer be sorted on top of it. This often occurs with materials that are difficult to screen, like damp coal, sandy clay or peat. Normal screening machines vibrate the screen in a linear motion, from left to right, or up and down. Some newer screens operate a circulatory vibration method, which is effective for simple loose waste processing, but still experience blockages when trying to segregate damp or splintery materials.
This can be particularly problematic in adverse weather conditions, when processing has to stop until rain has ceased. In older recycling machines, screens often wear out quickly due to the vibration motion and the constant clogging, and they can be difficult and time consuming to replace.
How do BIVITEC vibrating screens solve the problem?
With BIVITEC screens however, a dual vibration system has been created, which allows the screens to operate at a higher acceleration and intensity. This ensures that typically harder to screen materials don't encounter the same problem as they do with the usual vibrating screens, allowing for expanded production and higher output.
The new design of the BIVITEC screens, along with the unique vibration motion, also ensures that wear to the sides of the screens has been dramatically reduced. With minimal damage occurring, and blockages avoided, these screens mean that your waste processing can continue for hours without any stoppages or problems. Should the screens need to be changed, their screwless design ensures this will take less than an hour.
